​What is the 100% Guarantee?

We guarantee that our hair is 100% genuine Indian, Malaysian, & Peruvian virgin raw hair that is imported directly from India, Malaysia, & Peru and is not mixed with any other types of human hair, animal hair or synthetic fiber.

What is “100% cuticle” hair?
“100% Cuticle” hair refers to virgin, unprocessed hair that has not been subjected to an acid bath cuticle removal or any chemical altering. All cuticles remain intact and facing downward, maintaining the integrity, strength, and sheen of each strand.



How much hair do you need for a Full Head?​

Usually it will take 7 to 8 oz. One bundle is 4 oz., so two bundles will do, depending on the length of the hair.  The longer the hair, the more you will need to make it full.



Can I Straighten or Curl the Hair?

Yes, the hair can be styled in many ways using heat styling tools.  CAUTION!! Ceramic and/or Stove Top type irons are TOO HOT for the Indian, Malaysian and Peruvian hair. Please use electric styling tools at the lowest to medium heat setting.



If I straighten the wavy or curly hair will the curl come back?

Yes. The natural curl pattern will bounce back once the hair is washed and clean of all chemicals.



Returns & Refunds

Returns are possible if all the hair is intact, there is no damage to the weft, the hair is uncut and has not been chemically treated or altered in any form.  There is a $30 restocking fee for any returns.  We do not provide shipping for returns.
